Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 18 August 2026
No fix, no fee
If your issue is not solved, you get your money back. Whether nobody picks up your ticket or an attendant works on it and the problem still isn't resolved, the ticket fee is refunded in full — no argument, no restocking fee.
1. When you get a full refund
- The issue wasn't solved. If the attendant could not resolve your problem, your ticket fee is refunded in full.
- Nobody claimed your ticket. If no attendant picks up the job, the fee is returned automatically.
- You cancelled before work started. Cancel any time before an attendant claims your ticket for an automatic full refund.
- You were charged in error. Duplicate or accidental charges are always refunded.
2. Cancelling a ticket
You can cancel an open ticket from your dashboard. Before an attendant claims it, cancellation is instant and fully refunded. Once work has begun, ask the attendant to close the ticket — if the problem wasn't fixed, the refund still applies.
3. How to request a refund
Reply on the ticket thread or contact support and tell us the issue wasn't resolved. We review requests within 2 business days. There is no form to chase and no justification required beyond telling us the problem persists.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds usually appear within 5–10 business days.
5. Fair use
This policy exists for genuine cases. Repeated refund requests that appear abusive, or tickets where we cannot reach you or you decline to follow reasonable troubleshooting steps, may be reviewed individually and can lead to account restrictions.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights you have under the law where you live. See our Terms of Service for the full agreement.
